We are looking for a VP of Operations to lead our restaurants’ growth and manage a team of three extra-talented employees.

CDI, full-time, in-office (here is the location) with the possibility of partial remote

Salary: 70 000 € - 100 000 € gross per year depending on years of experience + BSPCE (equity) of 108 000 € to 135 000 €

Start date: as soon as possible.

Missions:

Cala is a tech-enabled restaurant chain that wants to improve the food industry. Like any other restaurant chain, a big part of our success will be in expanding the restaurant network. You’ll be responsible for building that network and developing restaurant operations.

Mainly, you will:

• Manage new restaurant openings
• Handle the expansion pipeline from selecting the store to organizing and launching it
• Own restaurant operational performance and reporting
• Use customer insights, data, and on-the-ground learning to:
  • Drive product R&D
  • Design and improve restaurant processes
• Manage the restaurant operations team (operations manager, product owner, and supply chain manager)

Must-haves and skills:

• Fluent English & French

Experience in:

• Fast-food or fast-casual restaurant projects
• Having successfully experienced managing and opening multiple restaurants (5 to 50)
• Managing two or more full-time direct reports
