• Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 gross annually, based on experience and ownership level, plus BSPCE (equity) worth €24,000 to €108,000

Missions

Cala is a tech-based restaurant chain aiming to innovate the food industry. A well-structured financial system and debt management are crucial to our success. You’ll be the first person hired for this position and will report directly to our CEO, Ylan.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Overseeing all regulatory and administrative obligations (taxes, accounting, etc.)
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Managing billing processes
• Tracking KPI reports with various teams
• Acting as the main contact for lenders

Must-haves

• Fluent in both English and French
• Experience: 5+ years, including:
  • Background in restaurants, food service, or retail
  • Debt financing experience
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
